Hi I am relocating to the area from AZ. I need a 6 month to 1 year lease. I would like a 1 or 2 bedroom, a studio or carriage house near the beach works as well (few blocks to mile). The rental will be for me and my fiance.

I need a move-in date of May 1 at the latest. We have no kids, or pets, nonsmokers, clean and professional.. If the property is ideal we may look to sign a 2 year lease. My rent price range is $1000-1400.
