I'm looking for a small 1 or 2 bedroom rental in the Point Washington, Grayton Beach, Santa Rosa Beach area. I could move in April 1. I have a house-broken, mellow Golden Retriever so need a pet friendly place. I'd like to keep my rent around $900-$1050 per month.
I work in Grayton Beach. I'm a non-smoker and keep a tidy house.
