If you are looking for a place with a friend, there are 2 rooms avail. with a shared bathroom. Otherwise, if you would prefer not to share a bathroom, I would be open to discussing keeping the 3rd bedroom unoccupied. Dogs negotiable, as I have one of my own (12 yr. old Australian Shepherd.)
