The unit address is 231 Somerset Bridge Rd #1110. I have been told this condo is 5-7 minute from the public access beach.
I will be closing at the end of this month on this condo. It should be available around 5/15/2014. Will provide new stove and refrigerator as they are not in the condo now.
Please make a note seller and I plan to close this condo on 4/29/2014, if for some reason the seller delay closing for any reason, I cannot rent or sign the lease with you until I have legal possession which is after the closing.
