Always drove over to Seaside before we started staying on 30A, 2000. We stayed on the far west side of PCB, west of 79. Ellen1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg 4.jpg

You can add a 1 or a 2 in front of those prices now!

We could never afford Seaside, even when the back lots were $79,000. I think I'll look for these houses in May and see how much they've changed. Names have probably changed. Updated inside and out. Maybe torn down.

A brief search shows 102 Savannah listed above for $300,000 sold in 2017 for $1,679,000.

None of the others show sales since the early nineties looks like buy and hold prevail in Seaside.

Interesting. I know the house we have stayed in for 10 years as had the same owner. Across the street, original owners. Next to them is an exception, he's fairly new. He was going to move two houses, but tore them down. One lot, he built a house behind the other one and has lived in it while the other is finished. Our rental agency was recently purchased by another entity. Everyone has been so nice and they've always replied promptly but this year, our rental went up $100 a night - previous years about $20 per night. No courtesy call. (We always book early before rates are set. Oh well.)
