Thank you for your message. I prefer a long-term Tenant and will be signing a 12 month lease, but hope they stay longer. Pets can cause damage to the property and create conflict with neighbors, we would need to be certain that they won't be a problem. It will be available October 1st, when will you be in the PCB area to view the town house?
