My husband and I are looking for a new place between Panama City Beach and Miramar Beach. I started a new job in Miramar Beach and the commute is too long with us living on the east side of PCB. The maximum we can afford to pay is $1300 including some of the utilities if possible (such as water, sewage and trash).
We are both mature professionals and take great care of our rental units - as if they are our own. We have a small dog named Yankee - she's a dachshund/terrier mutt that weighs 17 pounds at most. We can move in right away.
