We are looking for a 3 BR, preferably 4 BR, house east of 393 for a one year lease. We were told that 393 was the dividing line for Butler vs. Bay Elem. Is this correct as far as anyone knows?
We have a daughter that we hope can attend Bay this coming school year. So, there would be two adults, one 6 year old girl, and one almost 2 year old boy. We don't have pets but, if possible, would like to have the option of getting a dog for the kids. Ideally, Point Washington, being close to the school, would be great, but we realize that there may not be many options available.
We are flexible about rental amount.
Anyone know of anything available?
