Hi Sara! I am moving into a very nicely furnished 2 bdrm townhome in BMB. It is on south side of 30A just around the corner from beach - very close. I am looking for a short term roommate and saw your post. It is very nice and a deck off of every bdrm and lving area. I move in June 1. I do not know when you need a space for. I do have a cat and a dog. Cat just lays around all day and the dog you will fall in love with = he is 6 lbs. I am paying $1300 per month as well as paying all utilities so your rent would be $750 mo all inclusive. It does not have 2 full baths. It has one and 1/2. The bath is a nice size though.
