Hi! We live in the panhandle already and are looking to rent a 3+ bedroom 2.5+ bathroom for at least a year and would consider a longer term for the right home/location. Our criteria (besides what's listed above) is as follows:
1) Location: anywhere from Destin through the 30A area, preferably with a view, and within a short walking distance to the beach
2) Nice, clean home, at least 1900 sq ft, with a pool or in a community with one, as well as other amenities
3) Ironically, we have other family moving to the area, as well, so bonus points for having an additional rental (different, but with easier criteria) close by and/or know one that is.
