The Bay, Stinky's, Pizza Bar, Great Southern, Perfect Pig.
Actually Borago appetizers at the bar is casual. I've been there in what I wear for pjs. If it's black and hidden under the bar, who knows?

Almost anywhere in SoWal is casual dining friendly. I would add Christiano's, Fat Daddy's Pizza and 98 BBQ to the list.
We just had an awesome burger at Seagrove Village Market. One of our favorite casual spots in all of SoWal!
