The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida (the "County") is seeking to receive bids for the formalization of parking areas at four identified focus areas, project listed as Hwy 30A Parking Project
ITB DEADLINE: February 16, 2017, no later than 10:00AM local time and will open immediately thereafter.
Mandatory Pre Bid will be held on February 1, 2017, 9:00AM, local time, at the TDC Visitor Center located on Hwy 331 South, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
Contractors must be present at 9:00AM in order to bid, contractors arriving after 9:00AM will be allowed to sit in meeting, but will not be allowed to submit a bid. We start promptly at 9:00AM.
PROJECT; The four locations designated are Dune Allen/Fort Panic.
Gulf Place, Blue Mountain, Eastern Lake. Project includes the formalization of parking areas at the four identified focus areas by the Walton County Tourist Development Council. The improvements generally include construction of concrete curb and gutter, installation of hardscaping and landscaping, and construction of stormwater collection facilities.
