Our 3rd floor studio is 560 sq ft and sleeps up to 5 people. The unit offers an abundance of closet/storage space, a mini kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator and kitchenware provided. Community laundry is located on the first floor. Located in the Village of South Walton on 30A (between Panama City Beach and Destin). Complimentary amenities include community pool and beach access (and seasonal tram service to and from the private beach access point). $700 refundable security deposit plus ½ of 1st months rent is required to reserve. Each month’s balance is due in full two weeks prior to the following month. Golf Cart can be included for additional $350 per month.
