Wanted 3BR+, unfurnished, pet friendly off 30A

We are looking for a 3BR house (additional office space a plus), unfurnished that is pet friendly off 30A. (Yeah, yeah, I know...who doesn't want that! ha!)

Our budget is $2000 - $2500. We have been keeping our eye on the rental websites as well as this forum, just throwing out a post to see if anyone knows of any rentals coming available soon. We need something no later than March 1st.

I'm sorry, I should have put how big we needed... With a family of 4 + a dog we would be looking for something around 1900 sqft at the smallest. Do you have anything around that size or larger?
