Van R. Butler Elementary?s 5th annual Tour of Gardens and Nature Adventure at WaterColor?s Marina Garden is coming April 30 from 10 a.m. ? 3 p.m.
Tour of Gardens will feature five local gardens, including the garden of Jake Ingram, which is featured in the April edition of Southern Living magazine.
The Nature Adventure will be a fun educational experience for children that includes touch tanks with native marine life, alligator and snake experts, a butterfly exhibit, an interactive nature walk, Nonie?s Ark animal encounters, crafts, and performances by Seaside Neighborhood School Jazz Band.
Butler Elementary School student artworks and the original Karin Kaardal "Tour of Gardens" painting will be for sale.
Advance ticket sales with garden tour and nature adventure are $20. Ticket sales at the event with garden tour and nature adventure are $25. Garden tour tickets may not be purchased individually. Advance tickets for nature adventure only are $10. At event, tickets for nature adventure only are $12. Advance tickets are on sale in front of Butler Elementary in the mornings and afternoons. Community ticket sales are available at Eastern Lake Nursery and Gardens in Seagrove and both locations of Potagers.
