It sounds like a great property at a reasonable price, though in the wrong location for me!

Kudos to them for including the "amenities" of skinny dipping and sunbathing!

Not enough detail to tell.

I've driven a lot of miles to look @ places that had flaws
not apparent until one walks the boundaries oneself.

But undeveloped/ un subdivided waterfront is the only
property I have any real interest in, and that was about
the only thing posted to this board that was even close.

I have no interest in 35 ft by 80 ft lots.

Lots of possibilities elsewhere, though. Some property
on lakes up around Chipley and so forth. And points further
north.

As to location, as long as it's south of here, I'll have a look
at it.

While I can assure you that I am not a Realtor or a real estate agent,
I have been talking with an agent in that region. While I
have not signed a buyer's agency agreement with this agent
as yet, I probably would use them in the event I wanted to
make an offer on something.
