Hi y’all! We are looking to make the move from New Orleans to 30-A by June 1.. looking for a home to rent while we find the perfect lot to build on or the perfect house to buy! So a year lease would work work well for us! Our budget is $4-5000/month. We would need a house with at least 3 bedrooms and a fenced in yard with grass... we don’t have kids but we have a very well behaved fur/feather family that will also be needing accommodations. We have been renting a gorgeous historic home in the Garden District and the current landlords will attest to our crew being wonderful tenants! We will gladly pay an extra security deposit as well!
