Although short term rentals (weekly, 3 day weekend) are available, we prefer to rent for at least a month at a time and have several full months available the rest of this season and for 2007. Sept and October 2006 are available at $2000 per month. We are seeking snowbirds for Jan through Mar 2007 at $1350 per month. April and May 2007 are available at $2000 per month. July 2007 is available at $3300 per month. There is a $150 cleaning fee and $400 damage deposit. 11% tax is added to the total. All utilities, cable, phone, pool service, wireless internet included in price. Pool is not heated, but Rosemary Beach indoor pool is in walking distance and short term memberships are available.
