Hello. Thanks for posting. Beautiful home and I'm interested in a long term lease.

A few questions if I may please?

1. Are you the owner of the home and are you willing to discuss some details of your ownership (i.e. - I am not willing to sign a long term lease of a property that is in financial trouble).

2. How long is the lease?

3. Are you firm on the price?

4. Does the HOA due come with a membership to area amentities (sorry for my ignorance)?
