I have loved living here, the house is huge with plenty of privacy and storage, definitely an amazing lifestyle, the roommates are usually out of the house too, i feel like its all mine most of the time : )
Rent is $500 + Utilities split 3 ways, it was less than $100 this month
I waived the deposit of $500
the house will be available December
