Are there elevators... i am very interested as me and my boyfriend are trying to downsize because we have a little one on the way... So saving money is a huge thing right now!!! We are saving money so we can buy in about a year. So your place would be the perfect opportunity....

IIRC Pointe of View does not have elevators so it would be a walk up.

I should ad that unless it is a physical issue to climb 3 flights this is a steal for the size and location of these units.

Oh trust me I know... But I am due for our first child in November and am getting pretty far along... So yes it would have some to do with physically getting up and down the stairs... But the price is tempting enough to make me rest on each flight
