Can you provide information on where this is? Is it timberland, old growth, on water, etc?

It has 400? on a lake but the lakes in this area are down due to the drought, However the crystal clear pond is full of water. Lots of old growth timber but it is hard to get to, I could not cut the 1000 year old Cypress trees anyway. They are worth more standing. The property is best use is a private estate lot or recreational property. The property could be divided into 2 lots but not suited to divide any more. It is just 1 mile off HWY 77 on a paved road entrance.
