There is one in Pier Park already.
The Carousel, locally owned and operated in Laguna Beach (20 minutes from Seagrove), offers an outstanding selection of wine, very competitively priced, with great advice always provided by Dock. Ask him for a good $40 red and he'll point you to a $25 bottle that's better than most $75 wines.

Agreed. Not the best selection but very spot on for what they carry, they definitely know wine. The guys by Publix on 395 have a solid selection too.
