Last Friday (July 19th) there was a big crowd around a lady that had fallen (maybe off the balcony) in Rosemary. Paramedics arrived and then the police taped it off for hours after investigating it. Does anyone know what happened or the condition of the person? I've looked around but can't find any news about it.
