Advice appreciated for guys weekend, May 2-6

Three 40-something single guys coming to Sandestin for a long tennis & party weekend, May 2-6. Did something similar a few years back and had a great time, but hoping to maybe check out a few different food and drink places this time.
Last time around, we typically hit AJs for happy hour and then finished night at Sandestin. Might we change things up this time around and head down 30A? We'll for sure hiring a car to keep things safe.
Would appreciate any advice on best nightspots to hit on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun eves. Prefer places with live music and outdoor setting.

*Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin (Funky Blues Shack)
*Stinky's Fish Camp for Oysters, good beer and food (on 30A).
*Local Catch (check out their site for music). Nice bar/good food.
*Grayton Beach - The Red Bar is a must!!! And head to Pandora's for nightlife!
*Seaside - Great Southern Cafe has a great happy hour!
*Seagrove - Whiskey Bravo is a cool spot! Nice bar and rooftop bar!

I highly recommend going to The Red Bar late sunday morning. (If you aren't too hung over) HAHA. Get there earlier if you want a table. Dread Clampitt Band will be there. Can't be beat.
