- 1 year baking experience
- Prior commercial kitchen experience
- Ability to work mornings and on week ends
Job responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of kitchen in all areas of baking, cleanliness, inventory, and production and quality control.
- Prepare baked items to based on company recipes
- Suggest and create new items based on seasonal products
- Assist with managing food costs
- Maintain cleanliness standards of the baking area
- Communicate product quality & equipment Issues
- Assist with the opening the cafe
- Cleaning kitchen area
