Our application fees are $95 for each adult applicant, $200 admin fee for the apartment and our deposit is generally $500 unless there are some issues with the screening, and it can then be higher.

Our community offers; deeded beach access, controlled entry, elevators, pool, outdoor kitchen area with gas grills, large screen tv and a firepit next to the pool. We also have a fitness center, a community room offering a 24/7 coffee and tea bar, and we have a tram that will take you over to the beach during season.

Our apartment homes offer stainless kitchen appliances including a flat top range, built in microwave, and a washer and dryer in every apartment. Our countertops are granite, and we have the most cabinets seen in an apartment. We also have garden tubs in the bathrooms, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living areas and most of our homes have a storage room right outside the front door.

We have an inlet floor plan available the end of October and a Seacrest plan September 11th. Our shortest term is 7 months and longest term is 13 months. Our website will have the pricing and floor plans for you to view. You may also stop by Monday through Friday 9-6 for a tour.

Lofts at Seacrest is close enough to the beach that you do not have to cross any major highway to get to our dedicated beach access. We have one, two and three bedroom apartments available.

They do not come furnished but we work with Cort who will furnish them for you for a low payment. It is not a rent to own type arrangement. They have several packages depending on the style and quality of furniture you want. Check out Cort.com if you would like more information on the furniture.
