The Walton Education Foundation will host the 4th Annual Apple Classic 5K/10K Run, Saturday, Feb. 21 at 9 a.m. at Hammock Bay Town Center in Freeport. Registration will be available before the race online and at the race beginning at 7am. All proceeds benefit The Walton Education Foundation.
The Walton Education Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established in 1995 by a rising need for support specific to teachers in Walton County. The Foundation has grown to not only help all teachers in Walton County, but to expand its impact and support teachers, their students and schools. The Foundation provides annual giving and volunteer opportunities that directly serve students, teachers and schools through a series of educational programs and grants.
