Christ and Associates, a residential architecture firm located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, is seeking an in-office Administrative Assistant. This is a key position in the office and requires excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Applicants must be experienced with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience with or a background in Accounting and with Accounting software such as Quickbooks is a plus. The duties of this position include setting up meetings, coordinating between clients, neighborhood associations, and contractors, writing correspondence and constructing invoices, as well as coordinating the schedule of the Principle Architect. Photoshop and Revit experience is a plus. Job would initially be weekdays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. with the option to move to full-time at a later date. Salary is negotiable.
