For the buyer who is looking to make a return on their investment, we offer Vacation Rental Management with Owner-Oriented service and attention to detail that is second to none. That, combined with our extensive marketing campaign, on-line booking capability, and customer care we are able to ensure a higher rate of room occupancy nights, and a more profitable bottom line.


For Seasonal Residents and Absentee Homeowners, Coastal Dreamin’s Home Watch Service is here to provide less worries and the peace of mind. A vacant home doesn’t have to be an unattended home. Through our service, gone are the days of arriving to find that a leak has occurred while away or that the air conditioning system has stopped working and its 90 degrees outside. We make weekly visits to our properties and perform a thorough check of the interior and exterior of each home. A detailed checklist and any necessary photographs are then emailed to the owner, keeping them in the loop of what’s happening (and what’s not!) while they are away.

Perhaps it would be helpful if I assisted you in doing the math before you attempt to tarnish a business in which a lot of hard work has gone into establishing. Coastal Dreamin' charges an owner a 20% management fee. You are indeed correct that 20% of $50,000 is $10,000. However 20% of OUR 20% (management fee) means that the REFERRAL would pay $2,000. In addition, we welcome any and all prospective clients or new buyers to speak with our current owners before making a decision.

Gross revenue could be construed as what you bring in as rental income and your advertisement isn't clear. Since you collect the rent your gross is $50,000.00, ask an accountant. 20% is over the top, good luck.
