New York/ Santa Rosa Beach
This video was taken at the beach at Palm Beach Shores Florida at dusk.
A group of volunteers walk the beach each evening to see if any of the sea turtle nests have activity.
When an active nest is found, the volunteers "assist" the turtles by guiding them to the ocean through the use of a channel dug into the sand.

*** Notice how a channel is dug to help them. If volunteers weren't around to assist them and there were tents, beach gear and especially large holes, who knows what would have happened to these babies.
