St Joe Club & Resorts is seeking a Bellperson for our Four Star/Four Diamond Resort, WaterColor. The Bellperson is personable and intuitive as he/she transports guest luggage to/from guest rooms, escort guests to rooms and informs guests of all hotel services and features. This person is responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay and must have a thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities as well as knowledge of local area.
General Skills/Qualifications
• Must be a service minded individual with a positive attitude who truly enjoys helping others.
• Must be quick on their feet and adept at handling stressful situations seamlessly.
• Background in the service industry preferable as Bellperson helpful.
