I am due for a date night, and am looking for the best place to go for good champagne by the glass. Anywhere around that sells Veuve or a really nice sparkling rosè by the glass? I'd never make it through a bottle. I just want to wet my whistle?

Wow, so many really great places around town for a nice glass of champagne. How about a toast on the deck overlooking the Gulf at Fish Out of Water in WaterColor? Or a visit to Borago in Grayton Beach - a local favorite for cocktails and even dinner at the bar. And it's a great opportunity to visit the new 45 Central wine bar in Seaside!!! I'm dying to get over to Paradis in Rosemary Beach to enjoy their bar which is known for craft cocktails along with anything you please.
