Sinfonia Gulf Coast and Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood present Broadway's Morgan James for a special performance on October 10 at 5:30 p.m.
Epic Records recording artist, James' Broadway credits include the original casts of “Motown the Musical,” the revival of “Godspell” and “Wonderland,” as well as starring opposite Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth in “The Addams Family.”
As a solo artist, James has played to sold-out crowds at New York venues such as Birdland, Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola at Lincoln Center, Below 54, Dominion, Joe’s Pub, Le Poisson Rouge and Rockwood Music Hall. Her critically acclaimed debut CD, released last year, features the music of the late American jazz singer and songwriter Nina Simone.
Event takes place at Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, which is the event’s presenting sponsor, located in the Sandestin Hilton at 4000 Sandestin Blvd. The evening includes a champagne toast and four-course dinner featuring the classic steakhouse cuisine for which Seagar’s, Northwest Florida’s first AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant, is known.
Tickets are $150 and include food, wine, gratuities and the performance. The evening starts at 5:30 p.m.
