Our boy is 9, and has developed some kind of yeast rash all over his abdomen (more so on his inner thighs and around his private area). I googled this, and it says it's very common in older bull mastiffs. It smells terrible! We are treating with a 50/50 water peroxide solution followed by anti fungal spray. I also read that it could be related to diet, and he's on a dry Salmon dog food (no grain).
Just curious if you have heard of this, experienced with your BM's, and what dog food you use.

Your BM is adorable btw! They are such amazing dogs...we love our bug boy.
We have never had that issue with any of them. Max (in picture) had a tendency towards hot spots, but we got really good at stopping them cold.

Oh...as far as good goes they get Eukanuba large breed. Nothing too fancy...
