10 years ao I saw a builder have one of his $110,000 spec homes on Don Bishop Rd. burn down. The home was unfurnished, unoccupied, insured very well and co-incidentally there was a $75,000 car in the garage. The yellow tape stayed up around that scene for quite a while.
