    Established in 1998, The Association Office is a premier residential and resort condominium association property management company on 30a overseeing properties from Gulf Place to Rosemary Beach.

    TAO is seeking a licensed Community Association Manager to add to its team to service our South Walton-30a market. Experience conducting Architectural Review meetings is desirable.

    Reporting to the Board of Directors of each association, the full-time Community Association Manager (CAM) will oversee homeowner associations with responsibility for all budgeting, financial reporting, communication and relationship management with client, homeowners, and the management company. The CAM will provide inspections, quality reports, and accounting work for each association.

    · Be familiar with and comply with governing documents and provisions of legislation
    · Work at direction of Board of Directors to carry out governing policies.
    · Preparation of the annual budgets; maintain accounting records
    · Conduct Board meetings and Design Review meetings; records minutes at various meetings and archive them accordingly.
    · Work with management to promptly identify problems and improvements needed.
    · Negotiate, establish, and maintain all contracts such as landscaping and building services
    · Coordinate required property/equipment inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
    · Manage all capital projects.
    · Approve payment to all vendors, projected expenses outlined by the budget. Handle all collection matters management if necessary.
    · Handle owner inquiries relative to all matters pertaining to the association.

    · Current Community Association Management license issued by the State of Florida
    · One - three years of experience in property management preferred
    · Must work well under pressure with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    · Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy; project coordination experience a plus
    · Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, clients, and vendors. Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with clients and vendors.
    · Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
    · Strong written and verbal communication skills
