Join us on February 10th for our Annual Camellia Festival! We will have live music, an array of educational booths, and the popular Camellia Sale which is our biggest fundraiser of the year.
The grounds of Eden Gardens State Park have over 370 camellias throughout. Beginning to bloom in late November, Camellias bring beautiful blooms to the park through the winter months. In February, we pay tribute to the Camellias. We provide an array of educational displays and presentations, and invite visitors to stroll through the Camellia garden and grounds. There will also be Camellias for sale as a fundraiser for the park!
PRE-ORDER 7 GALLON PLANTS
We are less than a month away from the Camellia Festival at Eden! We will have about 100 "home grown" camellias that our volunteers air layered from plants inside of the park, and are also bringing in some nursery grown camellias to make sure we have enough!
In previous years we have only had 3 Gallon size available, but we have had questions about larger ones. Since we've never done this before, we are unsure of how many to get and thought it may be better to offer them as a Pre-Order only option.
The 7 gallon camellias are about triple the cost, so I'm sure you could understand why we wouldn't want to buy too many and not be able to sell them.
If you are interested in Pre-Ordering these larger size camellias, you can do so through our website. We will get them delivered in time for the Camellia Festival so you can pick them up, along with any other 3 gallon camellias you may want to purchase while visiting.
