This studio will become available for rent Jan.1 2015. It is a studio bottom level of a carriage house. One person only, no pets. References. One year lease. W/D

I was just seeing if this rental was still available? I am returning back to Walton County permanently, after working overseas, and am looking for a 6 month to one year lease in the area. I have no pets, and it is just myself.
