Looking for Christian female at least 24 or older for 3 bedroom 2 bath brick home off 30A in Seagrove Beach. About 1150 sq feet. Shared bathroom. 11 month lease. No pets please as landlord will not allow additional. Currently have a hyper allergenic toy poodle bischon.

This is a quaint house, within walking distance to the beach with lots of yard. A bike ride away from Seaside and Water Color and 20 mins to Sandestin, 25 minutes to Pier Park, Panama City Beach. We just moved in so room is unfurnished but may be able to partly furnish.

Rent is $400 plus utilities split 3 ways. Ideally, it should be about $500 all inclusive. A $400 deposit is required and refundable after Oct 1, 2015. About move in: October will be prorated. But okay to move-in Nov 1.

Please respond to this CL ad by email with a little bit about yourself, including your walk with the Lord.

Background check will be performed per landlord.

About roommates:
1st Roommate - Chef in her mid 50s. Quiet but very sweet. Christian.
2nd Roommate - Creative Assistant for boutique wedding and event firm. Early 30s, very outgoing. Christian.

We are a Christian house so it is a must that you have a Christian faith.

If you would consider a non-Christian roommate, it might be beneficial for you, the roommate and maybe even the world.

Actually, we would consider a non-Christian who is responsible, of good character, and preferably non-smoker. Light drinker okay. We would prefer a Christian, but not a complete deal breaker.

Note: I have lived with many non-Christians particularly in college and I am very open minded. But we are looking for a certain social cohesion. Obviously someone who parties every night with no sense of responsibility, drinks heavily, hates God and prayer would be a conflict for a living situation.

Would someone who parties every night with no sense of responsibility, drinks heavily, but loves God and prayer work for you?

poppy - no, that would not be a good match due to different lifestyles regardless of faith. As far as being Jewish, there would be no conflict as long as we meshed well again lifestyle wise.
