CITY MANAGER SALES AND SERVICES
FT. WALTON BEACH/DESTIN (VPS)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERSEES ALL FLYGLO OPERATIONS AT VPS AIRPORT
· Ensures the Safety of GLO operations, passengers and employees at VPS
· Interfaces with Airport Authority, Contracted Handlers and Others as Necessary to Ensure Achievement of all Service and Quality Objectives:
o On-time Departures
o Aircraft Appearance
o Baggage Handling
o Operating within Budget
o Operating in Accordance with Published Customer Handling Procedures
ACTS AS THE FACE OF FLYGLO TO THE DESTIN/FT. WALTON COMMUNITY
· With Bond PR and Brand Strategy, FLYGLO’S Marketing Partner:
o Interfaces with Community and Local Business Organizations
o Interfaces with Key Commercial and Agency Customer Accounts
o Promotes FLYGLO to Potential New Customers to Achieve Sales Goals
REPORTS TO VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND SERVICES – NEW ORLEANS (MSY)
QUALIFICATIONS
· Management Experience or Equivalent position Preferred
· Experience in Sales
· Comfortable in Speaking with/before Large Groups
· Ability to Manage Relationships via Consensus Building
· Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Life Experience
· Qualified in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE -
FULL FLIGHT BENEFITS THROUGHOUT THE GLO NETWORK
This position will be full time between March 25th and Labor Day. Continued employment with GLO at VPS will be determined based on flight schedules from Labor Day forward or willingness to relocate to another GLO station.
