WU, I think you were looking for this thread. Personally, I think God would prefer Dasani, which is pure, after filtration, water. You and I both know that Coke makes Dasani.;-)

Actually - I think he would prefer Fresca. It's fresh, clean, few calories and it's not just your mother's Fresca anymore. I've also found that all the Fresca drinkers I've met are good people though I've known bad people to drink Fresca but only because the vending machines were out of Coke, Diet Coke and Grapico and they had already put their money in.

Actually, though I would agree. Coke. Coke is "the real thing" which sounds more godly than the "choice of a new generation," which everyone knows is always less godly than the generation before.

I don't know about your Fresca choice, although I am a fan except for the fact that it contains no caffeine. Fresca contains Nutra Sweet which causes cancer, and cancer can be only the chaos which the devil creates.

Have you ever had a Coke or Pepsi down in Mexico? Why does it taste like that? Not Godly.

Funny thing is, when I've been south of the border sometimes I can't find Coke or Pepsi, but they always have Tab.

Are you insinuating that if God chooses one, the other is left for the long arms of Satan, aka. - ugly people?

Tab..hmmmmm. The first diet soda, orginally sweetened with saccharan (which sounds eerily close to sacrament) yet orginally introduced by Coke in May (the month of Easter) 1963. Yet more ecclesiastical, dare I say even scientific, proof that Coke may indeed be the preferred refresher for the Holy Ghost.

No, SJ. I'm not judging Pepsi drinkers, though I don't agree with their choice of softdrink - and it IS a choice which is evident by their own slogan "CHOICE of a new generation". They can drink Pepsi in the privacy of their own homes. I just would prefer not have to see them do it and I don't want them raising their children to become Pepsi drinkers.

Maybe all that is true, but saccharin is a coal-tar derivative. Yuck. BTW, saccharin is known to kill lab rats when given in super-size me quanties so it must be the devil's work, thereby making diet coke with Spenda the choice for God.
