Commodore's Retreat update - pool

We'll be heading down there. Counting down. Thought we'd try this place 'on the beach' since we had stayed there before more than 10 years ago. A little concerned about the tight parking but a big surprise is the fact that the pool might be open (as of yesterday 7/12). At least one of the rentals posted that. A pool is not on our list but if there is one we've learned that after a hot day at the beach, it is refreshing. It is also refreshing when you can't get in the gulf. Not one to lounge by the pool, especially when visiting 30A.
June visit. Awaiting our July visit.

Sorry. No pool. It looks like it's finished but notice on gate said not up to code. 24 units. 24 parking spaces. People parking on street since some units sleep 10. Elevator is working. Expected crunch at checkin but not an issue. Nice people so far who seem to want to enjoy this special and the beach -thats what it's all about. Our 2 bedroom is nice. Spacious. Doesn't have the hallway bunk beds that the one bedroom have. Ellen
