Company to provide a wedding set up

Hello, I am looking to have a wedding on Rosemary Beach in October of 2013. I have an officiant, but I need someone to set up the ceremony - the chairs, the decor, the "aisle." I have looked online but most companies I can find provide the officiant (which I don't need) and are for smaller groups. I am looking at close to 100 guests. Ideas? Thanks!
