- Must be over 18
- Have a valid Florida licence with a clean record
- Be drug free and be able to be tobacco free during work
- Have experience with gas powered hand tools such as hedgers, trimmers and blowers as well as experience operating zero turn mowers
- Be able to work with in a team environment and have a customer focused attitude
