Creative Marketing Leader
Oversee Rentals is a fast-growing vacation rental management company offering a variety of rental properties along Scenic 30A surrounded by the white sand beaches of South Walton County Florida.
Oversee is looking for a creative marketing leader to join their vacation rental management team. The position will be responsible for the creative side of marketing-based projects. Projects include, but are not limited to, social media accounts, digital content, email marketing design, brand design, written copy, and all design-related projections. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and a strong communicator.

• Ability to work flexible hours and days
• Ability to travel for work assignments

- Familiar with using Adobe Suite software (Including Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- BS degree in Graphic Design or relevant field required
- 2-5 years of graphic design experience
- 2-4 years of professional interior/exterior property photographer experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a social media position
- Experience creating a social media strategy
- Experience managing social media/online marketing on multiple channels
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office Products, Google Office Products
- Familiar with using Adobe Suite software (Including Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiar with using Macs
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
