Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental is a one- stop shop to plan your perfect vacation away from real life. We are looking to hire a full-time Director of Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directs and oversees all aspects of maintenance day to day operations including but not limited to:
* Department budget
* Supervising maintenance employees in training, safety, disciplinary, budgeting, and purchasing
* Communicating with all departments, homeowners and rental guests
*Maintaining maintenance supply inventories
Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Five years maintenance experience required
* One year prior supervisory experience required
* Must work weekends and holidays; availability to take after hours emergency calls.
* General Contractor License preferred, but not required
