We provide HVAC & Plumbing Services to Residential and Commercial Customers.
We are Looking for a Dispatcher with great Customer Service skills to join our team.
Being able to communicate the customer’s needs and service histories to our Technicians is vital to getting the customers the top notch service we pride ourselves on.
This position comes with the perfect work hours and work environment for a team player with a get up a go attitude!
9:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday (very occasional Saturday as needed.) 40 Hour work week

The Dispatcher is the first point of contact to our customers, a very valuable part of our success. They handle all incoming calls and help customers with scheduling, questions, and communicating there needs to our Technicians, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.


• Keeping the dispatch boards (manual & electronic MHelp) current at all times
• Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requests
• Communicate the required information to the field and Service Manager
• Support Customers & Technicians and make sure tasks and calls are completed in an expeditious manner
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in
• Data entry of service performance and information and updates to the customers
• Scheduling in an efficient manner using our software
•During slower periods, follow-up with maintenance customers and existing customers to build rapport and set appointments
• Proper purchasing and PO issuing as needed to support Technicians.
• Clearing all new calls and history then presenting to the manager for scheduling approval
• Ensuring all technicians get the parts required to perform service
• Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment
•Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences
•Maintain clear and concise communications with department managers, employees
•Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
•Process warranties and call in inspections & permitting as needed

•Professional phone skills
• Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problems
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proficient level of computer skills, Word, Ect,
• Ability to focus on desired results
• Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Organized
• Prefer Geographical knowledge of service area
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
• Computer skills
• Related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
