Dune Vacation Rentals is growing and is now Hiring a Full-Time Property Manager

We are a luxury vacation rental company that is currently interviewing for a property manager for the 30A area of Walton County. We have beautiful, top end properties that need you to ensure they stay in excellent shape.

As a Property Manager for Dune Vacation Rentals, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management including but not limited to:
  • Quick response time to phone calls and/or text messages
  • Making reservations
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task while caring for assigned properties
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Pay close attention to details
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Ability to make properties look immaculate before guest arrivals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn property management software – Streamline software is a PLUS
  • Positive "can-do" attitude towards both work, colleagues and clients
  • Warm and friendly personality
  • Clean Driving Record
You must be able to work at least one weekend day and sometimes two depending on your guest arrivals.

We offer Full Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K) with a portion being paid by Dune.

Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of property management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 plus potential to earn a monthly bonus
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
