On this edition of Emeril’s Florida, Emeril visits South Walton in Northwest Florida. His first stop is The Hub, a brand new hangout spot where families can eat, drink and be entertained all in one convenient, comfortable and casual outdoor setting.

Emeril’s next stop is Growler Garage, a local favorite that’s all about beer, bikes and surfboards. Growler Garage serves 45 craft beers on tap and is a popular spot for craft beer aficionados where they can fill their growlers to take home or to the beach. Emeril samples some of the local craft beers and also gets a tour of the owner’s custom motorcycle collection.

Then, Emeril heads to The Club, a luxury vacation destination in the beach community of WaterSound that that is owned and managed by St. Joe Club & Resorts. He then visits The WaterColor Inn & Resort and The Pearl Hotel. Emeril samples cuisine from all three properties including Tuna and Watermelon Salad; New Orleans Blackened Mahi, with Gulf Shrimp and Jumbo Lump Crab; Whole Stuffed Snapper with Crab Meat; and Beachside S’More Vanilla, Marshmallow with Spiced Chocolate Sauce.

In the final segment, Emeril prepares Down Home Chili Cheeseburger, Hand Cut Fries.

I can see it on the cooking channel's web page, but it doesn't show up on my DirecTV schedule today at 2:30. There's something else on. I wonder if they have regional programming?
